WHY HAS WALLSHIELD OUTLASTED MOST, IF NOT ALL, THE COMPETITION?
That was so successful that we expanded in 1982 by forming a sales company offering Wallshield directly to the public and a sales team was very quickly established. It was from this experience and strong vantage point that we founded two more companies. The 3rd was to support our own product brand "Wallshield" and the 4th was to run our own teams of applicators all working for our newly formed Wallshield & Wallshield Coating Company. And thus, by the close 1982 The Wallshield Group had officially been born. With these four Companies in "The Group" we also felt we had all customer needs catered for, and all under one roof, which was vital to our quality control. NO OUTSIDERS WHATSOEVER!Everyone you deal with will work directly for one of The Wallshield Companies in The Group. Wallshield is not a franchise, nor do we franchise. We also never use any outsiders whatsoever. Our sales and marketing executives are trained to assess our customer's needs and requirements and will ensure the job goes smoothly from start to finish. Each team member has undergone additional training by Wallshield, so that we can, as a whole, provide more "added value" in the unique service that today's discerning customer expects. Our Applications Team is made up of experienced trades people specialising in each type of external renovation work. We can not only offer a spray finish that can last for over 30 years, but also a complete renovation of the external wall surface of your property, no matter what pre-existing defects might be present. We have treated thousands of homes and commercial premises and become one of the most experienced companies in our field. We have our own After Sales Service to ensure 'Belt and Braces' protection. We guarantee both the material and the labour in writing. In the unlikely event of a problem arising the buck really does stop here. We produce our own product so we can't blame "bad" product manufacture, and we cannot blame outside contractors as, again, we only ever use our own staff. Any company is only as good as its track record but it is the track record of the staff of that company that really counts, as they indirectly work for you...
