Never Paint Again!
The Wallshield Group is one of the UK's longest established wallcoating companies, established back in 1982.
In that time it has treated thousands of homes and commercial premises and become one of the most experienced companies in its field.
The Company
Wallshield technicians are the most highly trained, professional and ethical in the trade. The unique skill and discipline required can only come from years of accumulated, consistent experience.
The Problem
Your home is under constant attack by the weather throughout the year, your brickwork is like a sponge, and sooner or later things begin to happen.
The Solution
No matter how bad the condition of the exterior surface of your walls, the complete Wallshield process is all that is needed to solve the problem. Wallshield fills holes, covers unsightly blemishes and discoloration. All defects and faults in the wall are made good as necessary before application commences.
| The Problem |
Your home is under constant attack by the weather throughout the year.
Your brickwork is like a sponge. |
| In winter moisture retained in porous brickwork freezes and expands, eating the brickwork slowly away. | Ice forms in wet walls and expands which can push bricks and renderings apart from within. |

Moisture retained in porous brickwork freezes and expands, eating the brickwork slowly away. In brickwork, pointing cracks and powders due to dehydration. Bricks also crack, forming cavities. Textured renderings in pebbledash crack and go "bald". Other renderings crack, allowing water to penetrate, causing "blown" areas.
So we have to stop weather erosion somehow . .
Brickwork can be treated, but cavities cannot be successfully filled. Repointing is often necessary. Textured renderings can be repaired but blemishes remain. Other renderings need extensive patching, also leaving blemishes.
All surfaces can be repaired - but although sound - ugly scars and blemishes remain - which have to be covered cosmetically. The conventional way of doing this is painting . . . but once you start painting you are committed to repainting every 3 - 4 years. So what's the alternative . . . ?
